This year, we will be attending the IAG Global Forum 2024, in Bratislava, where we have been selected as finalists for the IAG Corporate Social Responsibility Award 2024. This recognition highlights our ongoing commitment to integrating Corporate Social Responsibility into every part of our business at MCI Assist.
Our efforts focus on five key areas: employee well-being, local economic support, environmental sustainability, education and professional development, and diversity and inclusion. Over the past year, we have launched several impactful initiatives:
- Employee Well-being: We introduced carpooling programs and sustainable transport options, which have reduced our carbon footprint by 20%. Our teleworking policies have also led to a 30% reduction in sick days, promoting healthier employees and a healthier business.
- Local Economy Support: By partnering with local businesses like Carmela Restaurant, Factory Fit, Pienso Express, Travelodge hotels, Nugu Burgers etc, we’ve reinvested over €10,000 into the community, offering discounts for our employees and supporting business growth.
Education and Professional Development: Our Employee Learning Fund has helped more than 50 employees gain crucial skills in digital and management training. We also welcomed 15 interns, 5 of whom have joined us as full-time employees, furthering our dedication to lifelong learning and inclusion.
