On Monday, July 14th, we had the pleasure of welcoming a specialized team from Vitaly Group to our offices. Their mission was clear and meaningful: to carry out a thorough ergonomic assessment of every workstation, ensuring that our environment supports not only productivity but also the health and comfort of our people.
They spent time observing how our spaces are used and how our team members, including those on rotating shifts, interact with their workstations. The goal was simple but meaningful: to identify real opportunities to create a safer, more comfortable workplace where everyone can thrive.
Once the mapping was complete, each workstation was assessed individually. The evaluation went far beyond a simple checklist. The team reviewed lighting conditions, ambient humidity, screen and keyboard positions, and chair adjustments. All elements that impact day‑to‑day comfort and long‑term well‑being.
